Rancho Linda Vista is delighted to announce that 2D artist Ping Zheng has been selected as the 2018 recipient of the RLV Artist Residency Award.

Thank you to everyone who applied for sharing your work with us. The 2019 application process will open next spring. In the meantime, please visit our facebook page for updates.

Each spring, Rancho Linda Vista (RLV) invites committed 2D and/or 3D visual artists to apply for its annual artist residency. This residency offers a unique opportunity for an artist seeking to create a body of work, in a serene and beautiful setting, among a community of artists and creative colleagues. The residency is available for July or August. (Applicants are asked to indicate their preferred month of residence in their applications.)

The residency includes a furnished one-bedroom house, separate studio space, and a $1,000 stipend. The selected resident is encouraged to display and share his/her work in an open studio at the conclusion of the stay. Residents must have their own means of transportation in order to obtain necessitities and take advantage of the cultural offerings in Tucson and the surrounding region.
